Watering cans are a simple, yet varied object. Applying a form study to this household object yielded a multitude of creative variations based on the same functionality of a traditional watering can. The first, Tectoform, features sharp corners, harsh angles, and brutalist concepts while Plastoform follows the essence of plastic extrusion or blow molding, tied directly to its implied material. Rotoform is a translation from lathe work or CAD revolving, meaning that the form is able to be turned. Lastly, Flowform considers the natural travel of fluid through the form.
